TRAFFIC NOTICE: Oakland Street, at the intersection of Cook Street, will be closed until approximately 2:00pm today, July 2, for the Washington County Service Authority to repair a water line break. Local residents will be able to access their property from Lowery Drive. Please use caution in the area and follow any posted signage or flaggers.

Public Advisory: The Austin Powder Company will be conducting controlled, precision blasting as part of an infrastructure project at 1036 Cummings Street, a residential housing development. The blasting is set to take place at 2:30pm on Wednesday, June 25th - weather permitting. All safety, regulatory and permitting standards set forth by the Virginia Statewide Fire Prevention Code have been met.
