Phase 1 will incorporate closing Valley St. and Walden Rd. beginning at 7 AM on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025. Eastbound traffic will be detoured from Valley St. down Tanner St. to Main St. Westbound traffic will be detoured from Walden Rd. to Boone St.
Phase 2 will incorporate closing Walden Rd. beginning at 7 AM the following working day after completion of Phase 1. Eastbound traffic will be detoured from Walden Rd. to Boone St. and Westbound traffic will be detoured from Walden Rd. to Stanley St.

Starting Monday, May 12, members aged 18 and older can enjoy 24/7 access to The Rec’s cardio and free-weight room—whenever it fits your schedule!
Please note:
🏋️♀️Access outside regular hours is limited to the cardio and free-weight room only. The walking track, gymnasium, pool, and locker rooms will remain off-limits during unstaffed hours.
🏋️♀️24/7 access is exclusively for members age 18 and older—no exceptions.
🏋️♀️A special access fob is required to enter the facility outside of staffed hours.
🏃The initial fee is $25, which includes one fob.
🏃Additional fobs for other eligible members on your account are $10 each.
🏃Each adult must have their own fob—fobs are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
