The Abingdon Town Council will hold a Work Session on Monday, August 3, at 6:00 p.m. in the Arthur Campbell room of the Municipal Building.

The Abingdon Town Council will hold its Regular Session at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2015 in the Chambers of the Municipal Building.


The Town of Abingdon is currently accepting sealed Bids for the Renovation of the Summers Office Building until
August 28, 2015.

The Town of Abingdon is holding a public forum regarding traffic issues involving Rugby Terrace, Oxford Street, and Cambridge Street on August 12, 2015 beginning at 4:30 p.m. in the
Arthur Campbell Room of the Municipal Building.

The Town of Abingdon is accepting proposals to obtain firm fixed prices to provide general contracting services for the purpose of installing temporary bracing and a site drainage facility at the Fields-Penn 1860 House at
208 W. Main St.

The regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals for Tuesday, August 11, 2015 has been Rescheduled to August 18, 2015, due to a scheduling conflict.

The Town of Abingdon is seeking qualified contractors to submit a proposal for moving the Breckenridge Historic Cabin.  Details can be found in the Request for Proposal packet here
